Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding store-level staff such as sales associates and store managers. This includes coordinating interviews, documentation, and induction programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, you will maintain employee records in the HRMS system, monitor attendance and leaves, and manage shift rosters for retail staff. Handling employee grievances, providing HR support at the store level, and supporting employee engagement activities will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard store-level staff - Coordinate interviews, documentation, and induction programs - Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy - Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters of retail staff - Handle employee grievances and provide HR support at store level - Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives - Assist in performance appraisals and manage probation confirmations - Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records - Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance - Collaborate with store managers on workforce planning and issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required - Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources - Work Location: In person (Note: The JD does not include any additional details about the company),
