Position: HR Executive Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Balwom, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Negotiable based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates, along with handling various HR functions to support smooth operations. If you're passionate about talent acquisition, team building, and employee management, we’d love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Identify current and future hiring needs in coordination with departmental heads. Create and update job descriptions for open positions. Post job openings on various platforms including job portals, social media, and internal networks. Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and recruitment networks. Conduct screening calls, interviews (phone, in-person, and group formats), and background checks. Present shortlisted candidates to management and coordinate the final selection process. Draft and send job offers, negotiate terms, and manage candidate onboarding. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records, documents, and reports. Support day-to-day HR functions including attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance. Assist in performance evaluations and employee engagement activities. Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires. Help implement HR policies, systems, and best practices. Team Development & Employer Branding: Support in building teams from scratch and scaling company operations. Promote company culture and enhance employer branding on social media and professional platforms. Coordinate with department leads to ensure alignment between HR goals and company objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role (minimum 2-3 years). Proficient in using job portals, social media, and applicant tracking systems. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. Understanding of HR operations, team structuring, and administrative processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
