PROFILE: Sr. Accountant Job Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company. You’ll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files. You will perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with strong attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you should also have excellent organizational skills and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s finances run smoothly and comply with legal regulations. Experience : more than 7 years Location : Balwom, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi Time : 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Location : G/F Temp Old No-625 & 626, Gandhi Nagar Main Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Seelampur, Delhi, 110031 Working Days : 6 days working (Tuesday to Sunday) (Monday off as Gandhi Nagar closed on Monday) Senior Accountant Responsibilities · Manage all accounting transactions, including reconciliation of accounts and bank statements. · Prepare financial statements in time, ensuring accuracy and completeness. · Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. · Maintain accounts payable and receivable records. · Conduct balance sheet reconciliations. · Prepare and submit tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure timely payments. · Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements. · Develop and document financial processes to strengthen internal controls. · Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards. · Prepare budgets and forecasts to support business decisions. · Assist in analyzing financial data and providing insights to management. · Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and vendors. Requirements and Skills · Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. · Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. · Familiarity with financial regulations, including GST and TDS compliance. · Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. · Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month (Can be negotiated based on Work Experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: textile: 4 years (Required) clothing: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
