Job Description

Collaborate with HOD's and Director to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles Proactively source candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with HOD's/ Director Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report on recruiting metrics Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure seamless integration into the company. Best practices in recruitment and employer branding. Hiring for Blue collars and white collars. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing company. Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in Blue collar and white collar hiring.
