HR Executive

Autoprint is India’s leading manufactures and exporters of Offset Printing, UV Coating, Die Cutting, Blanking Variable Data Printing & Carton Inspection- oriented capital equipment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the recruitment process, strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software, and a passion for managing and improving HR operations. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• 
  Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and prepare HR-related reports using MS Excel.

• 
  Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

• 
  Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.

• 
  Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and other day-to-day HR operations.

• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (MBA – HR).

• 
  Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

• 
  Technical Skills:

  • 
    Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data management, reports, MIS).

  • 
    Working knowledge of any HRMS software.

• 
  Industry Preference: Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.

• 
  Personal Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
