Applicant with minimum 1 yr to Max 4 yrs of hiring experience preferably from Sales and Non Sales and a NON IT hiring.

Who can join immediately or max in 15 days .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Job Posting & Advertisement: Create and post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Prepare interview

questions and assess candidate qualifications.

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear

communication and timely updates.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team culture.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and

ensure candidates understand the benefits package and other employment terms.

  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment trends.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company in a positive light during all recruitment interactions and promote the organizations values, culture, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquision
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
