Job Description

Role & responsibilities : - Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical roles. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in any field (HR specialization preferred). - Proven experience in hiring across various roles and departments. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
