Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have 1 - 3 Years’ experience in HR Executive role.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the company.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and support a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including training managers on best practices.
    • Support employee development initiatives and training programs.

  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Employee Engagement:

    • Organize employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Collect and analyze employee feedback to inform HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
