Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong Project Management capabilities to lead the development of modern cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in full-stack development using React, Node.js, MongoDB , and Flutter , along with hands-on experience in AWS or similar cloud platforms. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, overseeing project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical design and development of scalable web and mobile applications. Provide hands-on coding expertise in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Flutter. Architect, implement, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Manage and mentor a team of software engineers. Coordinate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX designers to ensure timely delivery of features. Track project progress, manage sprints, and resolve blockers. Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Implement CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps culture. Ensure system security, reliability, and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software development. Expertise in: Frontend: React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Express.js Database: MongoDB (plus SQL knowledge is a bonus) Mobile: Flutter (Android/iOS) Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.) Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proven experience with Agile/Scrum project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
