- Define and manage portfolio roadmaps in line with company objectives.
- Ensure team needs are met throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop and implement packaged solutions and monitor project progress.
- Escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
- Deliver presentations and communicate project status effectively to management.
- Collaborate with vendors for integration into the product roadmap.
- Manage software contracts and identify process improvements.
- Strong logical thinking and time management skills across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a portfolio-focused mindset.( 3-5 years experience )
- Experience in mobile device implementation and retail/financial systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Vista, Oracle Netsuite), and no-code frameworks.
- Exposure to work order systems and integration challenges.
- Experience with QA, agile development, and project management tools.
