Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Shortlist potential candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Schedule interviews between selected candidates and hiring managers.

  • Attendance Management and Employee Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (HR/IR).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Candidate should have experience in dealing with Defence and Electronics Background.
