Job Title: HR Executive
Job Title: HR Executive Restaurant business Location: Valappad Experience Required: 5-7 years experience Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to manage and enhance the organizations human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and support the implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting). Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs. Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms. Conduct background checks and reference verification. 2. Onboarding & Offboarding Organize and execute smooth onboarding for new hires. Prepare employment contracts and documentation. Handle exit interviews, clearance processes, and maintain separation records. 3. Employee Relations Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner. Maintain a positive work culture through engagement initiatives. Resolve workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation. 5. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles. Support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations. Identify training needs and assist with L&D programs.

6. Payroll & Attendance
Oversee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs. Ensure accuracy of salary, incentives, and reimbursements. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 25+ years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role in Hotel/Restaurant/food services industry Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in talent management frameworks. Exposure to employee engagement strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
