Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations. Shortlist potential candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Schedule interviews between selected candidates and hiring managers. Attendance Management and Employee Relations Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (HR/IR). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and making offers. Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Candidate should have experience in dealing with Defence and Electronics Background.
