Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and follow up on candidate attendance. Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role. MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of payroll management systems and processes.
