Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the window or construction materials industry. Strong knowledge of window fabrication systems (aluminum, UPVC, etc.). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems. Desirable Traits: Results-driven and customer-focused. Leadership qualities with a strategic and analytical mindset. Technical understanding of window systems and installation processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
