CRM Executive / CRM Specialist / Client Relations Executive

Role & responsibilities As a CRM Executive , you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM systems, and analyzing customer data to support the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and have a strong understanding of CRM tools and practices. Key Responsibilities : CRM System Management : Oversee the daily operations of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and accurate customer records. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional business. Lead & Opportunity Management : Work closely with the sales team to manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper lead tracking. Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze customer data and CRM reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Campaign Management : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies within the CRM system. Customer Support : Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations based on CRM data to ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous Experience in Sales/Marketing : Knowledge of the sales and marketing process and how CRM systems support these efforts. Certification : Any CRM-specific certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) is a plus. Experience in Data Analytics Tools : Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
