Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.)
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal communication and coordinate HR events
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
