Hr Executive And Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hr Executive IT/Technical Recruitment with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring technology talent. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive the complete recruitment cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End IT Recruitment

Manage the full lifecycle hiring process for IT and technical roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).

Conduct telephonic/virtual technical screening to assess candidate fit.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.

Provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and market insights.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche and high-demand technology skills.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and talent mapping.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

Schedule interviews, manage assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Maintain strong communication with candidates from screening to offer stage.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support

Coordinate offer negotiations, rollout, and documentation.

Support pre-joining engagement and smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies

1 to 2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (product/service industry preferred).

Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack,

Excellent sourcing abilities using job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.

Ability to manage multiple requirements with fast turnaround time.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
