Software Testing Trainer

To plan, deliver, and manage high-quality technical training programs aligned with project objectives, ensuring 100% completion of training and placement targets, maximizing student engagement and success, driving core domain placements, maintaining adherence to lesson plans, and contributing proactively to student retention, academic excellence, and continuous domain knowledge upgradation

Role & responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led sessions on manual and automation testing concepts.

• Cover topics like SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test case writing, and bug tracking.
• Train on tools like Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, JIRA, and others.

• Provide hands-on practice through assignments, real-world projects, and simulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Evaluate learners through assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.

• Stay updated on industry trends and update course content accordingly.

• Mentor and support students in understanding complex testing scenarios.

• Coordinate with program managers and share timely feedback on student progress.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, or equivalent are preferred.

• Minimum 25 years of experience in software testing roles (manual and/or automation).
