Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, STLC, SDLC & QA Documentation.
Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, POM Framework.
Experience in API Testing using Postman & Rest Assured.
Knowledge of SQL/MySQL & Git/GitHub preferred.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Preferred
Prior training experience (corporate or academic) is a plus.
ISTQB or testing-related certification is an advantage.
