Job Title: Freelance Software Testing Trainer

Class Duration: 1.5 hour per day (between 6:30PM – 10 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Testing Trainer (Freelance) to train students and professionals in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks and the ability to simplify complex testing concepts into practical learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Manual and Automation Testing.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Train learners on tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, etc.
• Provide real-time project exposure and testing scenarios.
• Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Software Testing.
• Guide learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python) and Automation Frameworks.
• Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Performance Testing (JMeter).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git & GitHub, and Bug Tracking Tools (Jira, Redmine).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Software Testing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Mentor (preferred).
