Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
Facilitate grievance handling and conflict resolution.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.
Process letters, documentation, and employment verifications.
Oversee attendance, leave, and time tracking systems.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance appraisal process and related documentation.
Monitor goal-setting and support line managers in feedback discussions.

Compliance & Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and internal policies.
Support audits and documentation for regulatory inspections (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).

Training & Development:

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
Maintain training records as per compliance standards.

Compensation & Benefits Support:

Provide data for payroll processing.
Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
