New Product Development: Innovate and develop new products in line with market and customer needs. New Raw Material Identification: Scout and evaluate new raw materials to improve performance, reduce cost etc. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, polymer engineering, rubber technology, chemical engineering, chemical research, chemical analysis. 2-7 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) or related field. Candidates with knowledge of Polymer and Rubber Technology will be given preference Minimum 2 years experience in Chemical Field. ( Taping Industry) Technically strong with hands-on experience in the field of Chemical engineering. Good understanding of raw materials, formulations, and process optimization. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and report to senior management.
