Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Generalists to join our Manufacturing section.

Key Responsibilities will be:

1.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate resolution for grievances and provide necessary guidance to employees and managers.
Support in implementing employee engagement initiatives

2.

Manage end to end lateral recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer discussion and joining facilitation.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to help ensure smooth transition into the organization.

3.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

4.

Coordinate and track employee training sessions and performance reviews.

5.

Support the performance review process by guiding managers and employees.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvement strategies.

**For Manufacturing Area: Contract Labor Hiring and Management will be additional.

Apprenticeship schemes to be implemented.

Experience:

Skills

Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in some HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
