We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to join our team at AnyNews. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handling employee queries and providing timely solutions. Assisting in performance management, employee relations, and engagement activities. Administering payroll, attendance, and leave management. Maintaining accurate HR records and reports. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Desired Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software/tools. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
