Location: Nagpur Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in Administrative Role Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior experience in handling invoices, HR documentation, and statutory compliances such as PF and ESIC , and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record keeping. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing documentation. Support HR in compliance-related activities such as PF, ESIC, onboarding documentation, and employee records. Support onboarding activities. Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management. Ensure company policies and statutory regulations are followed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Administration preferred). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Administration or Office Management. Strong understanding of invoicing, vendor management, HR processes, PF & ESIC compliance . Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software (e.g.,Tally Prime). Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English language.
