Job Description:
1. Appoint Distributors & hire SRs to develop channel of distribution for the given territory.
2. Managing distributor performance to achieve monthly & annual sales targets, creating brand presence in market to ensure long term growth.
3. Develop team of SR & drive business through them to achieve the allotted primary & secondary targets.
4. Develop different sale channel like HORECA, General Trade, Modern Retail/Trade, Intitutional Sales.
5. Supervise SR Team and Manage their day to day working
