1. The Business Development Manager shall be responsible for the sales performance of the General Trade Channel and HORECA segment. Experience in HORECA segment is must.
2. Candidate should have experience in appointment of distributors and handling a decent team size.
3. Target Driven approach and proven track record in FMCG Sales.
4. Should be able to develop the team.
5. Candidate should have minimum experience as BDM for 4 years.
6. Basic Knowledge of MS Excel and Analysis.
1) Appoint Distributors & hire SRs to develop channel of distribution for the given territory.
2) Managing distributor performance to achieve monthly & annual sales targets, creating brand presence in market to ensure long term growth.
3) Develop team of SR & drive business through them to achieve the allotted primary & secondary targets.
4) Coordination with the distributors and internal team members to ensure maximum output.
5) Plan sales strategy meeting clients.
6) Maintaining and increasing sales of your companys products
7) Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
