Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities
  • Handle payroll processing, salary structuring, deductions, and timely salary disbursement
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, labor laws, and audits
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external payroll vendors
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and policy implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA HR preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
