SEO & SMO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  
• Perform regular technical audits of the website to ensure search engine friendliness
  
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  
• Optimize landing pages and content for maximum visibility and conversion
  
• Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
  
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement best practices
  

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

• Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand presence
  
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  
• Manage and grow followers, engagement rate, and reach across channels
  
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing posts
  
• Monitor trends and insights to adapt strategies accordingly
  
• Analyze performance through platform analytics and prepare monthly reports
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
  
• 24 years of proven experience in SEO and SMO
  
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
  
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  
• Proficient in managing social media platforms and analytics tools
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website CMS like WordPress
  
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  
• Understanding of Google Ads and PPC campaigns
