Role & responsibilities Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales (core responsibility) Handle and nurture leads using CRM systems to ensure systematic follow ups Understand client requirements and guide them through suitable healthcare registration pathways. Provide accurate information about registration processes, documentation, and service packages. Follow up with prospective leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs Update and manage lead status, remarks, and activity logs in CRM accurately Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth client onboarding Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales counselling or lead conversion (preferably education/overseas consultancy) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Language Proficiency (Mandatory): English - Fluent Hindi - Strong conversational ability Technical Skills: CRM handling (mandatory) MS Word Email handling Ability to handle clients of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds Target oriented mindset with strong follow up skills Preferred candidate profile Experience in healthcare / overseas registration counselling is an added advantage Knowledge of Australian, UK, or Ireland healthcare licensing process is a plus Professional attitude with customer centric approach Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills
