As a Human Resources Specialist, your role will involve managing various core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Your technical proficiency will be tested through your experience with HR software, data analysis, and reporting.
