Recruitment: Help us find copywriters, designers, thinkers, and doers. From JDs to job offersyou own it.
Onboarding: Make every new hire feel at home from Day 1 (welcome kits, intros, a dose of our madness).
Culture & Engagement: Quarterly fun activities, appreciation ritualskeep the vibe alive!
Performance Support: Coordinate reviews, feedback, and Learning & Development sessions.
HR Ops: Keep our payroll inputs, attendance & leave tracking, and records squeaky clean.
Create Processes: Understand our culture, the gaps and create HR processes unique to us that will help manage the teams better
Employer Branding: Help showcase the #LifeAtCreativeKhichdi on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Internships: Build our pipeline of young talent with awesome internship programs.
