Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a productive and positive work environment. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is essential, and the candidate must be willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Conduct interviews, manage onboarding processes, and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure workplace safety standards. Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reports accurately. Prepare HR analytics and reports for management. Employee Relations & Communication: Foster strong employee relations through consistent communication and addressing grievances. Promote workplace diversity and inclusion while maintaining a cohesive team dynamic. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for workforce development. Work closely with management to plan career growth for employees. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 1-5 years of HR experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is mandatory. Proficient in Hindi, English, and Tamil for effective communication. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt and relocate as per company requirements. Preferred Attributes: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience in handling recruitment at scale for manufacturing units. Familiarity with HR software and tools for data management and analytics.
