Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and layout recruitment materials, including job advertisements, brochures, newsletters, banners, and social media graphics using desktop publishing tools.
  • Format and enhance resumes, candidate profiles, and HR documents to ensure professional presentation and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create visually appealing job postings, email templates, and presentation decks for client pitches or internal use.
  • Assist in basic recruitment tasks, such as screening resumes, maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure all materials are error-free, optimized for print/digital formats
  • Handle ad-hoc design requests for HR events, training materials, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage database on excel
  • Stay updated on design trends and recruitment best practices to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficiency in desktop software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with IT industry terminology and trends is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience as a DTP Operator n IT, recruitment, or consulting firm.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support roles (e.g., resume formatting, job posting creation, or talent coordination).
