Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Job Type: Full-Time Salary :- 5k- 20K Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated HR cum Office Administrator to manage all HR and administrative tasks of our Dehradun office. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and day-to-day office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Handle end-to-end recruitment – posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR database regularly. Manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate monthly payroll input. Oversee onboarding and exit formalities. Support employee engagement and internal communications. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Office Administration: Oversee general office operations including supplies, vendors, and utilities. Maintain physical and digital filing systems. Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and internal coordination. Manage office assets, inventory, and vendor payments. Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance coordination. Handle courier, correspondence, and front desk support if needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
