About Us:
CABA Innovatives is a leading institute with 30+ years of excellence in Multimedia, Animation, and Digital Marketing education. We are looking for a dynamic HR cum Office Administrator with excellent English communication skills to handle HR functions as well as administrative operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR policies.
  • Draft emails, letters, and official communication in fluent English.
  • Handle office administration, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and office events.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in HR/Administration/Business Management).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and office administration.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools/software.
