With a passion for excellence and client satisfaction, we are seeking a motivated and resourceful Admin cum HR Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and employee records. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office inventory. Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and other logistical tasks. Human Resource Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly. Support payroll processing and attendance tracking. Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR policy communication. Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience (1–2 years) in an HR/Admin or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment tools is an advantage. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
