Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, ensure compliance, manage client receivables, and provide accurate financial reporting. This is an urgent requirement for an immediate joiner. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable efficiently. Handle net banking transactions and payments. Maintain accounting records using Tally and manage bookkeeping. Oversee petty cash management and related documentation. Knowledge and Assistance in GST, TDS, ESI, and EPF. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding receivables. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Assist management in financial planning and analysis. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and payables, receivables management. Proficient in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, EPF compliance. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
