HR Coordinator

As the Recruitment and HR Operations Assistant, your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, updating HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies in all documentation. You will play a vital role in HR operations by supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, handling general employee queries, coordinating performance review cycles, and collecting feedback. Moreover, you will be involved in organizing employee engagement activities, supporting internal communication initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee morale. Furthermore, you will assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, preparing HR reports and analytics, and supporting audits and documentation processes. This role requires you to work full-time during day shifts at our in-person work location. The selected candidate will be eligible for Provident Fund benefits.
