Role- Compliance Intern

Location – Gurgaon, India

Experience – 0-1 years

Duration – 3 Months


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially those from IRDAI, RBI, and SEBI.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and IRDAI, facilitating communication and submissions
  • Support the preparation of compliance documentation and regulatory reports for authorities.
  • Create and present dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for management and regulators.
  • Coordinate across departments to streamline compliance processes.
  • Assist in audits and risk management activities related to compliance.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and collaborate with legal teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote compliance awareness among employees.


Additional Skills:


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory matters clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Canva experience is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the regulatory/compliance domain.
  • Basic understanding of insurance regulations (especially IRDAI guidelines) is desirable.
