HR Business Partner (HRBP)

What You’ll Do

1. Partner at the Forefront

• Be the strategic advisor to Tech leadership—aligning people strategy with product and platform roadmaps.
• Anticipate talent gaps before they surface. Bring insight, not just data.
• Shape leadership development strategies that produce agile, digital-native leaders.
• Performance & Rewards: Oversee PMS execution, goal setting, performance evaluations, and pay-for-performance initiatives.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Support org structure optimization, span of control, productivity analysis, and change management programs.
• Employee Engagement & Retention:- Drive employee experience programs, recognition frameworks, and retention strategies, especially for critical talent.

2. Engineer the Talent Blueprint

• Co-create workforce planning models that match the pace of transformation—think cloud, AI, DevSecOps, and beyond.
• Champion workforce upskilling, career pathing, and internal mobility for engineers, architects, and product minds.
• Leverage data analytics to drive precision talent interventions, not generic programs.

3. Orchestrate Organizational Transformation

• Co-lead org design and cultural evolution alongside business, product, and agile coaches.
• Enable leaders and teams to build psychologically safe, high-trust tech environments.

4. Embed People Science into Practice

• Use design thinking, and real-time feedback to create adaptive HR solutions.
• Partner with TA, L&D, and D&I teams to deliver integrated people experiences—end-to-end.

Experience & Qualifications

• 7–9 years of progressive HR/HRBP experience, with 3+ years embedded in tech/product/digital business units.
• Demonstrated success in

  tech org transformation, workforce strategy

  , stakeholder management, handling complete employee lifecycle etc..
• Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related; advanced certifications or coaching credentials are welcome.
