We are seeking a qualified and proactive HR Business Partner (FTC) to manage and oversee all full-time contractual human resources operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes while aligning people practices with overall business objectives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to understand organizational structure, job roles, compensation practices, and related HR administrative processes
Strong time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Advanced Excel
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in resolving employee relations issues
Coordinating with business teams on blue-collar hiring processes
Organizing and enabling hiring drives
Managing contract extensions and overall contract administration
Handling absconding cases & Vendor Management
Supporting annual HR process closures
Managing employee grievances and ensuring timely resolution
Full & Final (F&F) settlement coordination
