Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Minimum 6 Months -1 Years in Hospitality Industry) to join our team in the QSR industry.
1. Hiring & onboarding: Responsible for end to end hiring of outlet team (From Team member level to Restaurant Manager Level) and successful onboarding & induction within given TAT.
2. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees, conduct IDP program etc.
3. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
4. HR Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analysis to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes.
5. Communication: Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to employees and business leaders.
6. Employee grievance Handling: Provide solutions to complex HR issues and conflicts and make sure all employee grievances are addressed without escalation.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role or similar experience in HR in Hospitality/ Retail industry (preferably in the QSR industry)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
