Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business leaders to understand (and eventually contribute to) each team’s current state and desired future state, gaps and priorities needed to achieve business goals and implement relevant HR strategies.
- Responsible for driving Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Manage Employee Relations activities and advise managers on employee issues.
- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes.
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems.
- Provide support in driving strategic projects.
- Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the business through employee interactions.
- Proactively communicate policies and process to employees
- Drive Retention programs and HR Best Practices
- Be inclusive and build effective working relationships with Centres of Excellence teams and
- HRBP teams globally, leveraging their support to execute on HR strategy and operations to
- build cohesive people programs to staff, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain Circana Talent
- Serve as a change agent, be the champion of Circana Unstoppable Together culture, enhance employee experience by identifying and executing on people programs that empower Circana to innovate, scale, and grow.
- Drive talent strategy, organizational design, career development, employee engagement and experience, employee relations, talent development, recognition, and other people programs
Qualification and criteria
- Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent qualification with 10+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including employee relations,
- performance management, talent development, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop, trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organization to achieve business
- A hunger for learning and problem solving with a mindset that opportunities to do so are greater in a complex, ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to operate independently, but a preference to succeed collectively with intelligent people who challenge you to do your best work.
