HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Bluphlux, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our innovative approach to recruitment and talent management.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Bluphluxs mission and values.
• Support the recruitment process by leveraging our patented AI algorithm to identify top candidates.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making.

• Experience in a tech-driven or innovative company.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in HR.
• Advanced degree in HR or related field.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
