Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your role involves aligning and implementing HR strategy and objectives with leadership at the engineering or business unit level. You will serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on human resource-related matters. Your responsibilities will include facilitating organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR issues, and driving companywide programs and initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and organizational design and change. Your core responsibilities will encompass: - Developing and implementing an integrated organizational and people strategy aligned with business objectives, covering areas like talent acquisition, development, culture, leadership, performance management, and total rewards. - Leading strategic activities including talent discussions, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. - Providing expert advice and counsel to leaders on HR matters, fostering company culture, and collaborating with HR leaders to execute the global HR strategy. Required Skills: - Strong business, financial, operational, and human resources acumen - Ability to influence, consult, and coach senior leaders, and communicate effectively across all levels - Data-driven in diagnosing business problems and providing HR solutions - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and lead change management efforts Travel: - Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time to support various locations and client groups Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR-related work experience OR - Associate's degree and 9+ years of HR-related work experience OR - High School Diploma or equivalent and 11+ years of HR-related work experience Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in business, human resources and/or organizational development - 7-10 years of Industry experience - Prior Semiconductor or Hi-Tech Industry experience It is important to note that Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the application/hiring process.
