This role will be on the the Third Party Payroll of Team lease.
1. Assist the HRBP in driving HR initiatives across the organization.
2. Help organize employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and cultural events.
3. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
4. Assist in performance management processes, goal settings, and feedback collection.
5. Gather employee feedback and share insights with the HRBP for people initiatives.
6. Work closely with the HRBP on retention and development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
