HR Associate

You will be responsible for the following: - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the organization's business strategy. - Addressing demands, grievances, and other issues to bridge management and employee relations effectively. - Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent for the organization. - Supporting current and future business needs by developing, engaging, and motivating employees. - Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system to drive high performance among employees. - Assessing training needs and implementing and monitoring training programs accordingly. - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. You should possess the following qualifications: - Strong experience in employee relations and creating a positive work environment. - Proven skills in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees efficiently. - Expertise in performance management to help employees meet and exceed job expectations. - Experience in planning and implementing effective training and development programs. - Thorough knowledge of HR compliance and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. - Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage workplace disputes amicably. - Strategic planning capabilities to align HR activities with organizational objectives. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.,
