HR Associate

You will be responsible for the following: - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes. - Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to source candidates. - Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures. - Coordinating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. - Participating in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary information. - Preparing and maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate. - Organizing engagement events and activities within the organization. Qualifications required: - 0-1 year of experience or Entry Level. - Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
